HEART (SOUL) CHECK-UP V (To read the complete topic, pulse on the title)

HEART (SOUL) CHECK-UP V

I Tim. 1: 5 / John 14: 1, 27
Prov. 4: 23 “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
.

INTRODUCTION:
Over the past few weeks we have attempted to conduct a “HEART” Check-up. The Scriptures tell us to be diligent in maintaining a healthy “HEART” for everything we are and do come from the “HEART”.

Everything that goes into our Heart and everything that goes on in our Heart has influence on our thinking; attitude; words and actions. Basically we are what we think. Since the “HEART” has been directly affected by our depraved Sin Nature, we must have help from outside our “HEART” to correct the effects of our Sin Nature. God, the Holy Spirit can generate Spiritual Life within the Heart, enabling Spiritual Capacity and Spiritual Activity. The Holy Spirit can illuminate the “HEART” with the great truths of God’s Word enabling us to “KNOW” and “SEE” the truth about God, Self, Sin, Life, Death, Christ, Salvation, and Christian Living.
Today we will look at what I have labeled the Twelve Deadly Heart Conditions which can infect and cripple the life of every Christian. We will also look at some specific cures for these deadly spiritual maladies.

I. Twelve Deadly Heart Conditions:
A. Half-Heartedness.
Josh. 24: 14 “Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.”
Eph. 6: 5-6 “Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;”
Col. 3: 22-23 “Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God: And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;”
God has encouraged and commanded us to put our whole heart into whatever we do. One of the basic criteria for determining your involvement in something must be “How much Heart you have for the project.” Our Love and Service to God must be with the “WHOLE HEART”. Our Love and Service to our Neighbor must be with the “WHOLE HEART”. Anything less is hypocritical and dishonest.
When we undertake a task with less that “WHOLE HEARTEDNESS” we are setting up a situation for sloppy workmanship, bad attitude, incorrect perception of purpose and goal, and a bad testimony overall.

NOTE: WHEN OUR HEART IS NOT IN WHAT WE ARE DOING, WE WILL NOT DO OUR BEST AND WE WILL NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESULTS!!!!

NOTE: ANYTHING LESS THAN “WHOLE-HEARTEDNESS” PLACES YOU IN A POSITION OF DISHONESTY AND OVERALL FAILURE!!!!

B. Hard-Heartedness.
Heb. 3: 15 “While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.”
Prov. 28: 14 “Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.”
Rom. 2: 5 “But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;”
Heb. 3: 13 “But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.”
It is very easy to allow the struggles, trials and disappointments in events and people to harden the heart. God has encouraged and commanded the Christian to maintain a tender heart of compassion and mercy which is quick to sense the working of the Holy Spirit and the needs of our fellowman.
The constant exposure to the harsh, wicked and cruel world can cause us to harden our heart toward that which offends, hurts or we do not understand or agree with. It is very easy to become so hardened that we have no compassion or sympathy for our fellowman. We can also become hardened toward the working of the Holy Spirit within our soul.
NOTE: MAINTAINING A SENSITIVE TENDER HEART TOWARD GOD AND OUR FELLOWMAN REQUIRES CONSTANT VIGILANCE. THE SCARS OF HURT AND PAIN CAN EASILY HARDEN AND DEADEN THE HEART.

C. Cold-Heartedness.
Matt. 24: 12 “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
Rev. 2: 2-4 “I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.”
The fire and passion of the heart moves and motivates you to a variety of activities. It is the fire and passion which keeps dreams and hopes alive and moves us to press onward, even after the body and soul grow weak and faint.
The Christian must be diligent to keep the fire and passion red hot within the heart. This is probably one of the greatest areas of failure in life. When the fire dies down and the passion is gone, the heart grows cold and loses the desire to respond or react. Spiritual cold-heartedness causes the Christian to lose desire for Bible Study; Devotions; Worship; Fellowship and other necessary activities which enable and enhance the Christian Walk.
NOTE: ONE OF THE GREATEST PROBLEMS WITHIN MARRIAGE IS SIMPLE COLD-HEARTEDNESS!!! BUSINESS AND OTHER CONCERNS GRAB OUR ATTENTION AND LEAD US TO NEGLECT THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FIRE AND PASSION IN OUR HEART!!!

D. Cruel-Heartedness.
James 3: 14 “But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.”
Eph. 4: 31-32 “Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”

Once the “HEART” has become “COLD” and “HARD” it is easy for us to become “CRUEL” in our Heart. Without love, passion or sensitivity the heart can produce all sorts of imaginations about and toward other people or God. When a person develops a “CRUEL” heart they can inflict all sorts of emotional or physical pain toward of upon others with no feeling or remorse. In fact we can develop such hardness and cruelty that we actually excuse the cruelty or imagine it to be just action toward the other.
NOTE: IT IS EASY TO “SEE” CRUELTY IN OTHERS BUT DIFFICULT TO “SEE” IT IN OUR OWN HEART!!!
NOTE: MOST CRUELTY TOWARD OTHERS, WHETHER THOUGHT OR EXHIBITED IS CONSIDERED A JUST ACTION BY THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING “CRUEL HEARTEDNESS”.

E. Fearful-Heartedness.
John 14: 27 “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
Isa. 35: 4 “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you.”
Since Perfect Love drives “FEAR” out of the Heart we can readily understand that as Love grows cold and the heart becomes hardened “FEAR” will creep back into the Heart.
I John 4:18 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”
II Tim 1: 7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
Fear does not allow Peace and contentedness. Fear uses the imagination to create all sorts of horrible and hurtful ideas. Fear torments the heart and soul. Fear destroys courage and boldness and will cause the most brave of men to run from the battle or leave the task unfinished. Fear creates doubt and unbelief causing the heart and soul to despair and despond.
Example: Prov. 29: 25 “The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.”
NOTE: FEAR DESTROYS THE COURAGE AND WILLINGNESS TO TAKE HOLD OF THE TASK AND COMPLETE IT!!! FEAR MAKES COWARDS OF THE BRAVEST HEARTS!!!! FEAR CAN DRIVE A PERSON TO SELF-DESTRUCTION!!!

F. Evil-Heartedness.
Jer. 7: 23-24 “But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you. But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.”
Since the Heart is depraved by Sin and naturally inclined to serve and protect Self, it will devise all sorts of ungodly ideas and purposes to satisfy the flesh and Self. All ideas and purposes outside the Will of God are influenced by the “EVIL” found in Self and the World. When you make choices and statements and perform actions without measuring them by the Word and Will of God you have opened the door to all the “EVIL” of the world and flesh.
Since the “HEART” is naturally inclined toward that which is of the world and flesh we will naturally move toward that which is worldly and evil in the sight of God.
NOTE: DILIGENT MAINTENANCE OF THE HEART IS REQUIRED TO WARD OFF THE DEPRAVED NATURE WHICH PRODUCES EVIL THOUGHTS, ATTITUDES AND ACTIONS!!

G. Blind-Heartedness.
Rom. 1: 21 “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”
Eph. 4: 18 “Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:”
The idea of blindness is the inability to “SEE”. Two things are required for Seeing; Illumination and Sight. For the Heart to be able to comprehend, discern, make right choices, speak right words and perform right actions there must be Good Sight and Adequate Illumination. The everyday activities, burdens and interaction with the World around us can impair our ability to clearly see by hindering our Sight or the Illumination from the Holy Spirit. Proper care must be given to insure excellent Sight and adequate Spirit Illumination at all times. When our Spiritual Sight is hindered we cannot clearly “SEE” or comprehend the things that are vital to a successful Christian Walk.
NOTE: A CORRECT VIEW IS INSURED BY PROPER SPIRITUAL SIGHT AND ADEQUATE SPIRIT ILLUMINATION!!!

H. Foolish-Heartedness.
Rom. 1: 21 “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”
Matt. 7: 26-27 “And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”
Prov. 12: 23 “A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.”
Most of us can clearly remember foolish decisions, statements and actions in life that we would gladly take back or correct if possible. An examination of our heart at the moment of that foolish action reveals that the foolishness was in the Heart before it became an action. Knowing and Obeying Truth is the most sure remedy and protection from Foolishness. The foolish do not have the proper tools to build a house that will withstand the storms and trials of life. The worst part of foolishness is that it usually remains undetected until it has preformed its dastardly work.
NOTE: THE INSURANCE AGAINST FOOLISH WORDS AND ACTIONS IS “KNOWING” AND “OBEYING” TRUTH!!!

I. Faint-Heartedness.
Prov. 24: 10 “If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.”
Heb. 12: 3 “For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”
Gal. 6: 9 “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
The Christian Walk and Life is not a short race but a life long marathon. The person that diligently studies the path of the race; the rules of the race and the length of the race can make adequate preparations and set a proper pace to finish the race. The word faint implies the loss of consciousness and the ability to continue normal activity. In Scripture the idea of fainting is usually associated with long term labor; battle; trials or troubles which wear down the strength of the body or “Heart” to the point of exhaustion and collapse. When the Christian allows their Spiritual Man to be worn down they will become “FAINT-HEARTED” and not be able to maintain their Christian Walk successfully.
NOTE: THE FAINT HEARTED DO NOT HAVE THE ENERGY OR DESIRE TO LABOR OR BATTLE!!!

J. Heart of Unbelief.
Heb. 3: 12 “Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.”
Mark 16: 14 “Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.”
The most deadly of all infections to the Spiritual Heart is the infection of “UNBELIEF”. Unbelief destroys Faith and Trust and removes any desire and passion from the Heart. When unbelief creeps into the Heart, your first reaction is to step back or “DEPART” from your position of trust and dependence.
You are the one that makes to Choice to Believe or not Believe. All information you receive is accepted as true or false and assimilated into your intellect and emotions accordingly. If you accept information as true which causes doubt and unbelief, your immediately lose Trust and Confidence.
The most sure way to maintain a strong belief is to maintain a constant, consistent, close personal love relationship with the person. (Note: This is doubly true concerning your relationship with God!!!)
NOTE: THE SMALLEST DOUBT WILL EAT AWAY AT THE FOUNDATION OF FAITH AND TRUST UNTIL IT CRUMBLES AND FALLS!!!

K. Despondent Heart.
II Cor. 4: 8 “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;”
Eccl. 2: 20 “Therefore I went about to cause my heart to despair of all the labour which I took under the sun.”
Prov. 13: 12 “Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.”
The infection of “DESPAIR” or “DESPONDENCY” is one of the most destructive for the Christian in our present time. The pressures and stress of daily life in the present world system tend to create havoc with hope and purpose. When the Christian seeks to satisfy the spiritual needs in life with the physical or emotional they are greatly disappointed and tend to lose HOPE. Once the Heart despairs and slips into the bough of despondency it is very difficult to recover. The despairing and despondent can do little other than nurse their own misery and feed their self-pity.
NOTE: THE HEART IS DESIGNED WITH THE NEED FOR PURPOSE AND VISION AND HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE!!!

L. Proud Heart.
Prov. 16: 5 “Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.”
Prov. 6: 16-19 “These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.”
Prov. 16: 18 “Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.”
Prov. 28: 25 “He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat.”
Pride is an area of constant battle for every normal person. Every person has the need to feel successful and of some value. When a person is able to fulfill needs and accomplish goals and purpose, their nature is to think they did this within their own power and ability. Victory and accomplishment produces a sense of pride and self-worth which is “GOOD” for the person as long as it is kept in the right perspective. The problem again is man’s Sin Nature which has the need to be above and better than all others. Pride is ever present within the heart and soul of the normal person. The Key is proper control and use pride.
Example: It is perfectly normal to have and express a healthy amount of PRIDE in a job well done or a tough task accomplished.
Example: It is perfectly normal to be proud of your spouse or child. Your house or car. Your talents or accomplishments.
The Key is maintaining proper spirit control of Pride. When Pride begins to elevate us above others or cause us to think little of others we are in spiritual trouble.
NOTE: PRIDE LIKE MONEY IS NOT EVIL WITHIN ITSELF. PRIDE IS A HEALTHY AND PROPER VIRTUE WHEN APPLIED PROPERLY!!!

II. PROCEDURES FOR PURIFYING AND RENEWING THE HEART:
II Cor. 7: 1 “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”
I Pet. 1: 22 “Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:”
God has encouraged and commanded YOU to maintain a clean and pure heart in order that you might walk in purity and holiness of heart and soul.

A. Identifying and Confessing Sin.
1. Allowing God to Search Your Heart.
Psa. 139: 23-24 “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
Prov. 20: 27 “The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.”
The Christian that wishes to maintain a healthy “HEART” will need to go to God several times a day, asking the Holy Spirit to search every part of the “HEART” and reveal all areas of need. God will gladly reveal to us those things which will hinder or harm our spiritual life and our personal relationship with Him.

2. Accepting The Truth Revealed By the Holy Spirit From God‘s Word.
I John 2: 27 “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.”
John 16: 13-14 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.”
II Tim. 3: 16-17 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
Heb. 4: 12 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

When we ask God to enlighten and illuminate our heart with the truth about our condition and situation, the Holy Spirit will use the Word of God to reveal all truth unto us.
When the Holy Spirit reveals a fault, failure or Sin it is our responsibility to confess it and seek after God to know how to correct the error and prevent it from happening again.

3. Confessing Sin to God.
Prov. 28: 13 “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.”
I John 1: 9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Psa. 51: 10 “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”
Once the Holy Spirit has revealed the Sin it is your responsibility to come before the Lord and fully confess the Sin and wait for Him to cleanse the heart.

B. Washing and Cleansing Away Sin.
Psa. 51: 2 “Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.”

1. Accepting the Procedures God Ordained for Cleansing.
a. Washing and Purifying by the Blood of Jesus Christ.
Col. 1: 14 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:”
Heb. 9: 14 “How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?”
I John 1: 7 “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”
God has ordained specific means and methods by which our sin is washed and cleansed. The Precious Blood of Jesus provides the cleansing power to remove all the penalty, guilt and burden of Sin from the Heart and Mind.

b. Washing and Cleansing by the Word of God.
Eph. 5: 26 “That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,”
John 15: 3 “Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.”
The more of the Scriptures you Know and Understand the more your soul will be cleansed of the fleshly lusts and desires which pollute and corrupt the heart.
NOTE: YOU CAN NEVER READ OR STUDY TOO MUCH!!! THE MORE OF GOD’S WORD YOU HAVE IN YOUR HEART THE MORE CLEANSING AGENT THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS TO WASH AND CLEANSE YOUR HEART WITH!!!

c. Washing and Cleansing A Work of the Holy Spirit.
I Cor. 6: 11 “And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”
The actual work in washing and cleansing away the penalty, burden and guilt of Sin from the Heart and Soul is the responsibility of the Holy Spirit. He is the one ordained to work within the soul to keep the heart cleansed and pure. All of our works and efforts to cleanse our heart are vain and futile.
NOTE: WASHING AND CLEANSING REQUIRE THE SPECIAL WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!

d. God Blots Them out of His memory.
Isa. 38: 17 “Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.”
Heb. 8: 12 “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.”
Psa. 103: 12 “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”
Micah 7: 19 “He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.”
God removes every part of our Sin and casts it away from His presence forever. There is nothing or no one that can force or persuade God to remember any of your sin which has been entrusted to the blood of Jesus Christ for forgiveness and cleansing.
NOTE: ALTHOUGH WE HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME FORGETTING OFFENSES AND HURT, GOD DOES NOT. HE CHOSE TO FORGIVE AND FORGET ALL SIN ON THE MERIT OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST!!!

C. Preventative Measures.
1. Guard My Eyes.
Psa. 101: 3 “I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.”
Matt. 5: 28 “But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”
Matt. 5: 29 “And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.”
James 1: 25 “But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.”
The eyes are one of the main avenues by which information enters the heart. Since all information can influence us, we must place diligent guard on the eyes to protect our heart and prevent serious spiritual infection and disease of the heart.

2. Guard my Ears.
Prov. 19: 27 “Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge.”
The ears are also a main avenue by which information enters the heart. You must be diligent what you listen to throughout the day. Once the information has entered the mind it will affect your heart.

3. Prove and Test My Sources for Truth.
Prov. 16: 25 “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
II Tim. 2: 15 “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
John 14: 6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

John 16: 13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.”
John 17: 17 “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
Another important and vital activity to prevent spiritual infection of the heart is to carefully evaluate and measure all incoming information by the Word of God. Make sure you establish absolute truth in every matter. This will prevent you from building your worldview or philosophy on false information.
Example: How much of the evolutionary theories have you actually embraced as true??
Example: How much of the New Evangelical theology and philosophy have you embraced as true??
Example: How much of the humanistic philosophy have you embraced in building your marriage and home???
Example: How much of the liberal philosophy have you embraced in establishing your worship habits??

NOTE: GOD DESIRES FOR YOU TO KNOW TRUTH AND OBEY TRUTH!!! THIS WILL HELP KEEP THE HEART PURE AND CLEANSED OF ALL THAT WOULD INFECT AND HARM IT!!!
NOTE: HAS GOD SPOKEN TO YOU DURING THESE PAST FEW MESSAGES ON THE HEART??? HAVE YOU COMMITTED THOSE THINGS TO THE LORD AND ARE PRESENTLY SEEKING TO SET THEM RIGHT???
NOTE: ARE YOU PRESENTLY SEEKING TO ESTABLISH RIGHT THOUGHTS AND HABITS WHICH PRODUCE RIGHT RELATIONSHIPS AND ACTIVITIES??
NOTE: HOW IS YOUR HEART RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD??? YOUR NEIGHBOR??

I John 1: 6-8 “If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”
